When I was overweight more often than not I would roll in from work, make dinner, fall on the couch and that would be me done. Again a really superficial reason to lose weight, but I do not care! When I was overweight I hated how I would find a nice shirt, pants or whatever, but because of my weight I could not buy it. Losing weight greatly opens up a new world of fashion to you! Again, compared to the health and emotional benefits of losing weight, buying new clothes is very superficial like we said. But when you have struggled with your weight and cannot get the clothes you want, then it’s an amazing feeling to finally be able to dress the way you really want.
