With pretty much anyone having access to the internet these days, anyone can post “tips” when it comes to weight loss. The trouble is for many people they are willing to trust pretty much anything when it comes to weight loss. As long as a person is telling them that their methods will make them lose weight, people want to believe it. Today I am sharing with you guy some weight loss theories that have been proven to be false.
False Weight Loss Theory : I Will Starve Myself For A Week And Drop Weight
Crash diets are one of the worst things that you can do to your body when it comes to losing weight. Of course if you simply stop eating for a while you will lose weight, but the first problem with this is that it’s just bad for your body. Your body will start to crave sugar and other bad for you food as a way to nourish itself. When you break down “which you will” you will binge eat on bad food. Also by doing a crash diet you are setting yourself up to put all the weight back on and probably more in a really short time. Crash diets and starving yourself are bad for your body and do not lead to a long term weight loss, this my friends is fact!
False Weight Loss Theory : I Need A Crazy Exercise Regime
I am not going to lie to you guys, extreme and hard core exercise programs such as Insanity do work, but these are not the only way to lose weight and tone up. It has been said that the average person needs only about 150 minutes per week of exercise. So you can easily do half an hour each day at least to help you with your weight loss. Again I am not saying a really hard exercise regime will not work, but it’s not essential if you want a slow and gradual weight loss.
False Weight Loss Theory : Who Needs A Diet When I Have Weight Loss Pills
While there are many weight loss pills on the market right now that are officially approved for sale to regular consumers. The fact is as a long term weight loss solution these weight loss pills are a terrible idea. There is not a single weight loss pill on the market that does not have some kind of side effect. Weight loss pills have a tendency to make people not take their weight loss seriously and think they can eat a cake as long as they take a few weight loss pills after. As tempting as they are I would recommend staying away from these weight loss pills.
False Weight Loss Theory : It’s Much More Expensive To Buy Healthy Food
One of the common things I hear people say is that the reason they do no diet is that it’s far too expensive to buy healthy food than it is say buy a pack of frozen pizzas. Losing weight by eating right does not have to be expensive if you shop around. And rather than buying readymade frozen meals, buy a whole bunch of fresh ingredients and make your own meal at a cheap price. You can make a huge meal and then save some for the next few days.
