People all over the world are getting far too much fat in their diets. Now we are not saying you cannot eat any of this tasty stuff at all. The key is to be balanced and make sure your body is getting what it needs. Not enough people in the world are getting a decent amount of fiber and eating enough fruit and vegetables.
