P90X seems to go head to head with Insanity all over the world in regards to what is the number one way to get ripped at home. This really does give you a complete full body workout that will get you either into shape or for those of you who are already somewhat in shape it will take you to the next level. You will get stronger, faster and in general just more fit and healthy in every regard.
This is a great program for you to do, but you do need some equipment. You need a set of either dumb bells or resistance bands and you also need a chin up bar that fits into your doorway. These are available pretty much everywhere and can be picked up cheap. And when you consider the work out you are going to get from P90X it’s well worth it!
Turbo Fire is not only a really effective workout that will see you tone up and shed that unwanted fat. It’s also a really fun home work out to get in on. This is way more fun than working out at the gym and it costs a heck of a lot less as well. You will be having so much fun doing the Turbo Fire work out that it’s not until it’s done and you are lying on the floor in a pool of sweat that you realize how hard you have worked.
This is a very well presented workout DVD you will feel like you are in an actually fitness class. And for those of you who find working out a bit of a chore the really cool thing with this is that as it’s so much fun the time just fly’s by. I also think that the Turbo Fire work out, while it is far from easy and does give you a great workout. I do think that it serves as a good starting point for people wanting to starting to work out from home rather than the P90X and the Insanity program.
